It’s no secret The Spatty has a million ways to make life just a little bit easier. Check out a few of our favorite ways to use The Crafting Spatty!
If you know how to sew, you’ve probably come across the annoying part of any sewing project where a corner just isn’t as sharp as it should be. Even ironing doesn’t seem to do the trick. Our Crafting Spatty is the perfect size to push out the corners of pillowcases and quilts easily! With a rounded end and flexible (but never breakable!) handle, there are no sharp edges to ruin your stitches like the tip of standard sewing scissors.
Polymer Clay is a fun, versatile crafting medium that anyone can enjoy. There are a thousand ways to mold and shape polymer clay into whatever shape you can imagine, but next time try using your Crafting Spatty! The flat edge can make crisp creases, and the rounded edge can soften hard corners.
Mixing lots of paint and need to keep color matching? Making sure to scrape all the sides of your container while mixing is super important to keep your colors consistent. The Spatty gets to every crevice to ensure smooth and consistent pigment!
Elmer’s Glue is a fan favorite for good reason, but the runny consistency can make craft time an absolute mess. Try using the Crafting Spatty for a more precise and smooth application to avoid bubbling and stretching on paper and tissue. You can also gently press the Spatty across paper to press out any air bubbles. Have some glue left over on your Spatty? No problem. Just let it dry and the glue will peel right off for easy cleanup!
